VoClo Terms of Use

By using the VoClo application (the "App"), you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description
VoClo is a mobile application that creates an AI voice clone from a recording of your own voice and generates spoken audio from text you enter. The App provides 1 free generation and 1 voice per day; additional use requires a Pro subscription or lifetime unlock.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the text you generate and the audio you create and share. You must own or have the right to use the voice you record, and you use the App at your own risk.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to: 1. Clone the voice of any real person other than yourself without their explicit consent; 2. Create audio that impersonates others, spreads misinformation, defames, harasses, or defrauds anyone; 3. Create audio that is illegal, obscene, or infringes others' rights; 4. Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service (including automated bulk generation). We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and voice cloning is for your own voice only.
4. Fees
The free tier includes 1 generation and 1 voice per day. VoClo Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (with a 7-day free trial where applicable), or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Google Play account. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the App's software code, interface design, icons, and other related content belong to SMJY Tech and are protected by copyright laws. The recordings you make and the audio you generate with your own voice belong to you, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Play for payments and cloud services for AI voice processing. Your use of those services is also subject to the respective providers' terms. See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated audio will meet your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that voice quality will be identical across all text and languages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMJY Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any misuse of generated audio by you or third parties.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to a competent court where the operator is located.
