Craving SOS
Bite Stop
The craving hits. You get to win.
Tap the red button before the first bite. Hold the countdown, re-read what the weight has cost you, and log one more win.
Not on the stores yet. This page will link straight to them the day it ships.

Three screens, one job
The red button when it hits. The cost list when it argues. The record when you win.

Built for the hardest moments of your day
Everything exists for the moment you're about to bite.
Craving SOS
A wall-clock urge countdown with your own words thrown back at you. Interruptions are fine — the timer keeps running and the session is waiting when you come back.
The cost list
Onboarding asks one question: what has the weight cost you? Every answer becomes ammunition, replayed at every craving.
Savage lines
22 built-in one-liners that mock the craving, not you. Toggle them off if you'd rather just read your list.
Honest logging
Log a bite in five seconds — name, type, optional calories. Deleting takes one tap with an undo, because honesty beats guilt.
Weight, one number a day
One record per day, a 30-day line with your goal drawn on it, and how far is left.
Yours only
No account, no ads. Records live in a local database; only anonymous diagnostics ever leave the device, and backups go where you send them.
Your data stays in your pocket
Everything you log is stored in a local database on your device. Exports and backups leave only through the share sheet you control.
The only data that leaves your device: anonymous crash reports (stack traces, device model, OS and app version, crash time) sent to Sentry when the app breaks. They contain no personal content and are never linked to your identity — and never the contents of your records.
Local database
No account, no sign-up, no sync. Uninstall and it's gone.
Anonymous diagnostics
Anonymous crash reports via Sentry, to fix bugs. No analytics, no advertising. Your records never appear in them.
Local notifications
The night guard fires from your device's clock, not from a server.
Questions people actually ask
Short answers, no fine print.
What does Bite Stop actually do?
It intervenes at the moment of a craving: a 10-minute urge countdown, your cost list, a savage line, and an honest win/lose record. It doesn't count steps or shame you.
Why 10 minutes?
It's the default length of the urge countdown — long enough to ride out an impulse, short enough to hold. You can set it anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, and leaving the screen doesn't stop the clock.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Everything lives on your device. The only data that leaves your device: anonymous crash reports sent to Sentry when the app breaks — never the contents of your records. Backups go wherever you send them.
Is the savage tone for everyone?
The lines mock the craving, never you. If they're not your style, switch them off and keep the cost list.
Is this a fasting app?
No. Bite Stop stops impulses, not meals — three regular meals stay. If food feels out of control, please talk to a professional.
How much does it cost?
Free to download, and the core stays free: the countdown, logging, streaks and reminders. Pro unlocks the home-screen widget, craving early-warning, automatic weight sync and auto-backup — monthly, yearly or one-time, cancel anytime. No ads.
