What is RentPilot?
An offline rent-collection ledger for landlords, subletting operators and property managers: properties and rooms, leases, bills, meter readings and cashflow — managed in one place.
Does it work offline?
Yes, fully offline. Everything runs on the device and nothing requires a login.
Where is my data stored?
Only in the device's local database. You can export everything to CSV at any time, and uninstalling the app erases it completely.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
The interface comes in English and Chinese. Currency is a per-book setting — pick any major currency and symbols follow automatically.
When can I get it?
It's in final polishing and coming to the App Store and Google Play soon. Email us about what you'd love to see in it.
