SMJY Tech ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the VoClo application (the "App") collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Core Principle: Your Voice Stays Yours
No account is required to use VoClo. Your recording is used only to create your voice clone, and the audio you generate belongs to you. You can delete your voices at any time in the App — deletion removes them from our systems.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process: 1. Voice recordings: the short recording you make to create your voice clone; 2. Text you enter: the text you type for audio generation; 3. Generated audio: the audio files produced from your text; 4. Purchase information: handled by Google Play — we receive only a purchase entitlement signal, not your payment details. We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
2. How We Use Information
We process the above information solely to: 1. Create and maintain your voice clone; 2. Generate the audio you request; 3. Validate your Pro entitlement after a purchase. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build profiles about you.
3. Permissions
The App requires the following permissions to provide full functionality. All require your active authorization and can be revoked at any time in system settings: 1. Microphone: to record the voice sample used for cloning; 2. Storage/Files: to save and share generated audio. Revoking permissions does not affect voices you have already created.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services to operate: 1. Google Play: subscription and purchase processing (subject to Google's privacy policy); 2. Cloud AI services: your voice recording and requested text are processed to create your voice clone and generate audio. These providers process data only on our instructions to deliver the service.
5. Information Protection
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with industry-standard safeguards. We retain your voice clone only while you keep it in the App; deleting a voice deletes the associated clone data from our systems. Purchase entitlement records are kept as needed for restore functionality.
6. Your Rights
You may: 1. Delete any voice and its underlying clone data at any time in the App; 2. Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us; 3. Cancel a Pro subscription at any time via your Google Play account. We will respond to requests within 15 business days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
