By using the Snap Pack application (the "App"), you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description
The App is a home inventory management tool developed by SMJY Tech ("we", "us"). The App runs on your device and its core features require no internet connection. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of the App's services at any time.
2. User Responsibilities
1. You shall use the App lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 2. You are responsible for managing your inventory data and should back up your data regularly. 3. You understand and agree that device loss, damage, or system reset may result in data loss, and we are not liable for such data loss.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: 1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except as permitted by law); 2. Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the App in any way; 3. Use the App for any purpose beyond its intended design.
4. Fees
The App operates on a free-plus-paid model. The core features are free to use: the free tier lets you manage up to 30 items and 3 containers. Subscribing to Snap Pack Pro unlocks unlimited items and scene boxes. Pro is available as monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime plans, with prices as shown in the App Store. Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your store account; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your store account settings. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.
5. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the App's software code, interface design, icons, sound effects, and other related content belong to SMJY Tech and are protected by copyright laws. The inventory data and content you create using the App belong to you.
6. Third-Party Services
Payments and subscriptions are provided by third-party app stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. In-app purchases, billing, and cancellations are governed by the respective platform's terms and policies. We do not guarantee the availability or stability of any third-party service.
7. Disclaimer
1. The App is provided "as is," and we make no express or implied warranties regarding its applicability, accuracy, or reliability. 2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. 3. We do not guarantee that the App will run perfectly on all devices and system versions. 4. We are not liable for data loss or service interruption caused by device failure, system upgrades, network outages, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising from the App shall be limited to the amount you have actually paid (given that the App is provided free of charge, this amount is zero). This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date noted. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and application of this Agreement, and any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
