RentPilot is designed to run entirely on your device. This policy explains how your data is handled — in short: we collect nothing. RentPilot is developed by Shoumeng Jiaye.

1. Information we collect

1. Your records (properties and rooms, leases, bills, meter readings, tenant and contact details, notes, settings) are stored only on your device and never uploaded to any server. 2. RentPilot has no account system; we do not collect email addresses, phone numbers or other identity information. 3. The app embeds no analytics, advertising or crash-collection SDKs.

2. How information is used

Data is used only to render the app's features on your device. We do not profile, analyze or sell any user data.

3. Storage and security

All data is kept in a local database on your device. Files produced by CSV export are yours to keep; uninstalling the app deletes everything — no copies exist on any server.

4. Third-party services

RentPilot integrates no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-collection SDKs and connects to no servers. Bill and lease reminders are delivered by the operating system, with content generated on your device.

5. Permissions

Notification permission is used only for the bill and lease reminders you configure in the app, and can be turned off any time in system settings.

6. Data you choose to share

Exports (CSV files) and copied text (rent reminders, listing copy) are generated on your device and leave it only when you actively send them.

7. Deleting your data

Delete individual records in the app, or uninstall the app to erase everything — no copies exist on any server.

8. Children

RentPilot is not directed at children and offers no social or communication features.

9. Changes and contact
