Pillary — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pillary mobile application ("the App") provided by SMJY Tech ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Not medical advice
The App is an organizational tool for your household's medicine cabinet. It does not provide medical advice, does not identify medicines and does not check drug interactions. Always follow the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Never change or stop a medication based on the App alone.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
The free tier includes 10 medicines and 3 family members. Pillary Pro (monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase) unlocks unlimited entries. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in your store account. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms.
4. Your data
All data you enter stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your own backups. We are not able to recover data you lose, because we never receive it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the App, circumvent purchases, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including missed doses or medication errors — the App assists you, but taking medication correctly remains your responsibility.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
