Readoo — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Readoo mobile application ("the App") provided by SMJY Tech ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Your books are your responsibility
Readoo is a reader and organizer for novels you lawfully possess. You may only import books you have the right to read. We do not provide, host or endorse any book content, and we are not responsible for what you choose to import.

1. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App itself.
2. Content you import
You retain all rights to the books and documents you import into the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to import and read such content, and for complying with the copyright laws that apply to you.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
The App offers an optional upgrade (Readoo Pro) sold through the App Store or Google Play, including auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Store terms and refund policies apply to all purchases.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMJY Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App — including any loss of imported books or reading data. You are responsible for keeping backups of content you care about.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling it removes all of your local data.
7. Changes to these Terms and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions: tzhh0617@gmail.com.
