Meily — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Meily mobile application ("the App") provided by SMJY Tech ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Meily Premium (unlimited ledgers and accounts) is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your store account settings. A free tier — recording, budgets, insights, one ledger and three accounts — remains available forever.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, per the standard Apple/Google terms. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the App.
2. Your data
The App works offline and stores your ledger on your device. You are responsible for the data you enter and for backups you choose to keep. Deleting the App deletes your data permanently.
3. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for financial decisions you make based on data recorded in the App.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or its Premium features in the 12 months before the claim.
5. Changes
We may update the App and these terms over time; material changes will be highlighted in release notes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
