This Privacy Policy explains how SMJY Tech ("we", "us") handles information in the Daystone mobile application ("the App"). The short version: we don't. Daystone is a fully offline app with no servers, no analytics and no accounts, and this policy describes exactly what that means.

Daystone does not require an account and does not ask you for personal data. Your days, settings and reminders are stored locally on your device and never leave it. The App does not connect to our servers — in fact, it has none — and contains no analytics, no tracking and no advertising SDKs. We cannot read your days, and nobody else can either.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The entity responsible for the App is SMJY Tech. If you have any question about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at tzhh0617@gmail.com. Because the App collects no data, there is normally nothing for us to look up about you.
2. Information we collect
None. The App has no network connection and sends nothing to us or to any third party. Your countdowns, anniversaries, icons, settings and reminder schedule exist only in your device's local storage. The store you installed the App from (Apple's App Store or Google Play) handles the download and may process diagnostics under its own privacy policy. That processing is outside our control and unrelated to the App's content.
3. Notifications
Reminders are delivered as local notifications scheduled directly on your device. No push service is involved: nothing is sent to or through any server. If notification permission is off, the App tells you so honestly instead of failing silently — but nothing ever leaves the device either way.
4. Third parties
The App transmits no data to third parties. Distribution and store services are provided by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. How long we keep information
We keep nothing, because we receive nothing. Your data stays on your device until you uninstall the App or delete days inside the App, which removes it from local storage. A backup you export is a file you control; if you share or store that file elsewhere, it is outside this policy.
6. Your rights
Since your data never leaves your device, you are always in direct control: uninstalling the App erases all local data. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have statutory rights of access, correction and erasure; as we hold no personal data, exercising them for App data simply means using the controls on your device. 7. Children
The App collects no data from any user of any age. It is suitable for general audiences.
8. Changes to this policy and contact
