Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Prized (如数家珍) app by Shanghai Shoumeng Jiaye Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading or using Prized you agree to these terms. Prized also uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these terms are silent, the Apple EULA applies.

1. The Service
Prized provides tools to catalogue, display and celebrate your personal collection: collections, a display shelf, exhibitions, wishlists, statistics, annual reports and local reminders. The app is provided for lawful, personal, non-commercial use.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Prized on devices you own or control, as described in the Apple EULA. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or extract the app's code or assets, except where the law allows.
3. Your Content
You keep all rights to the photos and information you add. Prized only stores and displays them on your device. You are responsible for the content you add (make sure you have the rights to the photos) and for keeping your own backups; the in-app backup export is provided for this purpose. Uninstalling the app deletes all data.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Prized Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase; where offered, a free trial may precede the subscription. · Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. · Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. · Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before they end. · Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. The current price is always shown in the app before purchase.
5. Free Tier
The free tier includes limited collections, items and exhibitions. Limits may change as the app evolves; existing data is never deleted because of a limit change.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Prized to store or display unlawful content, or to infringe others' rights. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.
7. Disclaimer
Prized is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoumeng Jiaye is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data. Keep backups of anything you care about.
