AI Academy — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SMJY Tech ("we", "us") handles information in the AI Academy mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to being transparent and to collecting as little information as possible — in fact, we collect none.
The App is fully offline
The App requires no account and never asks for personal data. Your course progress, quiz and wrong-answer records, finished prompt library (including the variable values you fill in), bookmarks and settings live entirely in your device's local storage and never leave your device. The App requests no network access and performs no network communication — every feature works in airplane mode. We operate no server for user content, so we cannot read a single lesson you take.

2. Information we collect
Local data (stored only on your device). The App keeps your course progress, quiz and wrong-answer records, finished prompts (including the variable values you enter), bookmarks and preferences in the device's local storage. This data is never sent to us or to any server. No analytics, no tracking, no crash reporting. The App embeds no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting component and no third-party tracking SDK.
3. How and why we use information
We do not collect, use or share any of your data — because the data never leaves your device. Exporting your finished-prompt collection is a local action you trigger yourself; where it goes is decided entirely by you through the system share sheet. Pasting a finished prompt into another AI tool happens through your clipboard and is none of our business.
4. Third parties
We share your data with no third party, and there are no international transfers. Diagnostics and payments handled by the app stores themselves (Apple App Store / Google Play) are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. How long we keep information
Local data stays on your device until you uninstall the App — uninstalling erases it completely. We recommend keeping your own copies via the in-app "Export all artifacts" feature.
6. Your rights
